UI / UX Designer
We are looking for a UI / UX Designer who can translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences. You will work closely with product owners and developers to design interfaces for web and mobile applications. The role demands clarity of thought, attention to detail, and empathy for non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities
• Design user friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms aligned with project workflows
• Convert product requirements and user journeys into wireframes, mockups, and high fidelity designs
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Improve existing interfaces based on analytics, feedback, and usability gaps
• Ensure accessibility, consistency, and performance focused design practices
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in UI / UX design for web or mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, wireframes, and final UI designs
• Experience designing dashboards, forms, and data heavy applications is a plus
• Exposure to healthcare, ERP, or government style platforms is an advantage
Skills and Competencies
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user psychology
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of visual hierarchy and typography
• Practical mindset with the ability to balance aesthetics and usability
• Comfortable working in fast moving product environments
