Job Information | Responsibilities:• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails and through social media network • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential markets & accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, and preparing quotations • Understand customer needs and requirements • Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries and through social media • Set & achieve monthly Sales Quotas through closing sales • Perform effective online demos to prospects • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly sales report • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results • Gather Feedback from customers and convert into Feed forward through sharing them with internal teams • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities • Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting product requirements, providing product technical information, and developing accounts • Maintain and expand your database of prospects clients • Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs • Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients • Candidate will be responsible for Technical Sales, Cloud Technology, SW Licensing, Security Solutions, Asset Management Solutions, Backup Solutions • Exposure and experience in selling to Corporate, Education & PSU – SMB as well as Enterprise clients • Understanding client current Infra, Challenges & Designing solution accordingly • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients • Generating leads, follow-up for Technical Queries, Resolution, Negotiation & Closing order • Closing Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly sales as per targets • Closing sales and working with client through closing process • Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information Required Skills:• Good English Communication Skills • Performing dozens of calls per day • Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus • Excellent communication skills and writing skills • Self-Motivated, Fast Learning and Passionate about Sales • Passionate about Client Relationships • Opportunistic and Willing to Grow enhancing Skills & Wills • Time Management • Negotiation Skills • Aptitude in delivering presentations • Analyzing and Convincing Skills |
