Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join the team. The ideal candidate will engage with veterinary partners and other stakeholders via phone to gather information, answer inquiries, generate interest in services, and contribute to building a positive outreach experience. This role involves both outbound and inbound calls with a clear focus on service delivery and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to relevant stakeholders to share information about services and support.
• Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide accurate information courteously.
• Maintain and update call records, stakeholder contact details, and outcomes in the CRM or internal system.
• Follow defined scripts while adapting communication to the caller’s needs and language comfort.
• Work to meet daily and weekly engagement targets and contribute constructive feedback to improve outreach processes.
• Coordinate with field teams and supervisors for follow-ups and escalation of complex queries.

Qualifications
• 12th pass or any bachelor’s degree from a recognized board / university.
• Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, sales or related communication roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools and CRM systems.
• Fluency in Hindi and additional local languages (Marathi preferred) is a strong advantage.
